Notice of Collection of Personal Information and Credit Card Information

Your privacy is important to us. To better protect your privacy, we provide this notice explaining our online information practices. Also, please note that information provided through Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn or other social networks, or for publication on fan pages, mobile apps or websites may be subject to different privacy policies which may vary materially from these terms applying to our web sites.

In the normal course of business, RTRX will collect and maintain certain personal information about the registrants including, but not limited to, first and last name, organization, title, email address, phone number, business address, height, allergies, and credit card information including billing address.

Our Commitment

To prevent unauthorized access and maintain data accuracy, we use industry standard methods to safeguard and secure the information we collect online, although you recognize that data transmitted online or stored in a facility to which online access is provided cannot be made to be 100% secure. We believe in protecting your information just as we would want our information protected. Please note that information you enter for your user profile may be accessed and viewed publicly and therefore you should not post information that you consider confidential or that you do not want distributed publicly.

Use of Personal Information

Information you provide to us about yourself, or that we collect from your entries to the RTRX website is used for completely internal purposes including registration for RTRX programming and credit card processing. Except as legally required, we will not sell or provide your email address, IP address, cookies, address or phone number to third parties for advertising or other purposes.

We request information from the user in order to make a payment using the Regfox site. A user must provide contact information, such as their name, e-mail address, and financial information, such as a credit/debit card number and the expiration date. Contact information is used to advise the user about the processing of a payment. Financial information is used for payment processing purposes only.

We use a credit/debit card processing company to process the users credit/debit card charges for products, retrieval requests and chargebacks. We do not retain, share, store or use personal information for any secondary purposes and will exercise reasonable care to prevent disclosure or use of credit/debit card information, other than as permitted by the Credit Card Association Rules.

Compliance

We do not disclose your personal information to any third party except to data processors that assist us with providing our services. Any Personal Information that you provide to RTRX will be protected in a commercially reasonable manner.
